Brief Job Description : A Pesticide and fertilizer applicator is responsible for proper application of pesticides and fertilizers on various crops. S/he will also be responsible for monitoring of pests in the crop and take appropriate measures for not only the protection of crops but also increase the yields. 
 
Personal Attributes: A pesticide and fertilizer applicator should have a mind of science, belongingness to the community, good communication and observation skills.  S/he should be physically strong and have mutual dexterity to perform on the job.
