Mission
As we have experienced the youth entering the job market are lacking in skill sets. Developing skills in an individual can contribute to structural transformation and economic growth by enhancing employability and labor productivity and helping our country to become more competitive.
Vision
Skill India is an initiative launched by the government in 2015 to train over 40 crore Indians in different industry-related jobs. The vision is to create an empowered workforce with the help of various schemes and training courses. We at NPSS deliver the same vision with our services in PAN India.

Our aim is to disseminate knowledge and appropriate skill practices through recognized training, testing, and certification systems to validate competency levels. we aim to convert our nation into a healthy, happy, and prosperous India.

Get Approved
Fulfill infrastructure and trainer assessment requirements to secure center approval from NPSS.
Enroll Trainees
Group trainees in a batch and enroll the batch for a course.
Train & Certify
Skill the trainees and get them assessed & certify
Place & Track
Ensure the employment of the trainee and track the placement for 12 months.
