INTRODUCTION

Nav Bharat Nirman Foundation (NBNF) is a registered non- profit organization established on 14 March 2014 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Since its inception, the Foundation has been committed to empowering marginalized and underserved communities through education, skill development, livelihood promotion, healthcare, women empowerment, and sustainable development initiatives. Recognized as an approved Training Partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), NBNF implements skill development and employability programs across India, with a special focus on rural and semi-urban regions. Headquartered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, the Foundation has built a strong presence through its network of training centers and community development programs, particularly in underserved areas. Over the years, NBNF has evolved into a multifaceted development organization dedicated to creating sustainable opportunities, enhancing employability, and improving the quality of life for vulnerable populations. Skill Development for School and College Students;

Skill development is important for School and College Students because it prepares students for the demands of the workforce, enhances their social and emotional well-being, and helps them become more well-rounded individuals. We have initiated our projects to reach schools and colleges and to work with the Nation building team shoulder to shoulder to implant the modern skill set in our young generation.

NSDC MARKET-LED SCHEME (FEE-BASED SCHEME)

NSDC through this Scheme endeavors to create a sustainable and enabling skill training ecosystem by promoting the provision of market-led Fee-based Services. Nav Bharat Nirman Foundation (NBNF) is an authorised NSDC Training Partner and offers NSDC fee-based courses under (National Skills Qualification Framework) programmes. On successful completion of program, a candidate will receive nationally recognized certificate by NSDC and SSC itself.

We have around 40+ Training centers across the country. We are connecting more partners to make this model successful on the ground level. We offer various short term and long term courses under NSQF Framework. These programs make a candidate skilled and Job-ready.

Objective of the Scheme

1. Support Fee-based Services in high growth sectors and emerging technologies thereby creating a large pool of skilled and certified workforce for different sectors.
2. Opportunity of design, support and enable innovations in the fee-based training ecosystem
3. Scale outcome-oriented and successful Fee-Based training programs by providing financial and/or technical assistance, including concessional skill loans, industry partnerships, apprenticeship, access to Skill India Portal (SIP) and training networks and other enabling support;
4. Create a large pool of Skilling, Re-Skilling, and Upskilling Fee-based services to enable lifelong learning and improved productivity of working professionals.
5. Aggregate data of certified trainees on a single digital platform for creating a repository and reporting and monitoring through SIP.
